The Delaware Maritime Hall of Fame (DMHOF) is seeking candidates for induction into the 2011 Maritime Hall of Fame.
The purpose of the DMHOF is to honor those who have given uniquely and generously of skill, energy, heart and time in building Delaware's maritime heritage.
The nominiation form explains the eligibilty criteria and process.
In completing the form, you have two options: You can simple print the form, complete it by hand and mail it to the address indicated. Or, you can complete for form online with your computer, then save document and subsequently print it for mailing.
