We Need You!

We need your support by becoming a member of the Overfalls Foundation!   Further, we welcome your volunteer services.

Although the major restoration of the ship and slip has been completed, major maintenance and continued restoration will continue in order to prevent the ship from falling into a state of decay. These activities are necessary to keep the ship in its museum quality condition to allow future generations of tourists to experience life aboard a lightship.

Your membership dues help the foundation and its volunteers with this effort.

The Overfalls Foundation is classified as a 501(c)3 organization by the IRS. Accordingly, membership dues and contributions are tax deductible.

  • Self-Satisfaction from Volunteering: All members are welcome to volunteer their time and effort to the Overfalls Foundation. Please read below.

  • Meet New Friends by joining. If you are new to the area and looking for new activities, joining the Overfalls Foundation is perfect. This is a group of people with a common interest: the Overfalls.
